Do you have a physical store?
No, we're an online only store. All orders are packed and dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse. We do not have a physical retail location or showroom.
Can I pick up my order in person?
No, we don't offer local pickup at this time. All orders are shipped via AusPost directly to your address.
Do you offer phone support?
We currently operate via email support only. Contact us at hello@cheekypaw.com.au with your inquiry and we'll get back to you with the information you need.
How long will it take to get a response?
We aim to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible, typically within 24 to 72 hours. During busy periods such as sales or holidays, response times may be longer. Please allow at least 72 hours before following up. We appreciate your patience and will get back to you as soon as we can.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location. Current estimates from our Australian warehouse are:
- Australia (Standard): 2 to 6 business days
- Australia (Express): 1 to 3 business days
- New Zealand (Standard): 4 to 7 business days
- New Zealand (Express): 2 to 5 business days
- International: 5 to 12 business days

How do I track my order?
You'll receive an Australia Post tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your order using this number on the AusPost website or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers?

How much does shipping cost?
- Australia Standard: $9.95 or FREE over $75
- Australia Express: $14.95 or FREE over $125
- New Zealand Standard: $12.95 or FREE over $100 AUD
- New Zealand Express: $26.95
- Other Destinations: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping details are correct. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@cheekypaw.com.au.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your order before dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot redirect it and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Do you offer Express shipping?
Yes! Australia Post Express is available at checkout for faster delivery and is free on Australian orders over $125.
Choosing Express also provides Priority Tracking, ensuring your order is fast-tracked through the postal network.

When will my order be dispatched?
While orders placed before 12pm are typically dispatched the same day, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. During peak periods like Black Friday or major sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
We hand-pack every order from our Australian warehouse to ensure your items are handled with the utmost care.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to New Zealand and various international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are hand-packed with care and dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland. We’re a small Australian team of passionate pet owners, not a faceless company, so we personally check every order before it heads out to you.
Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free standard Australia Post delivery on orders over $75 within Australia. Express Post is free on Australian orders over $125.
New Zealand orders over $100 AUD also receive free standard postage via Australia Post.

My package is lost or damaged, what should I do?
Contact us at hello@cheekypaw.com.au with your order number, photos of any damage, and any other relevant information. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

I haven't received my order confirmation email, what should I do?

What if I'm not happy with my product?

Do you accept change of mind returns?
We do not accept change of mind returns. Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchasing. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us at hello@cheekypaw.com.au and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
What if there's an issue with my product?
If you experience any issues with your product, contact us at hello@cheekypaw.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
We'll assess the situation and work with you to find a solution. Please note that we do not offer replacements or refunds for damage caused by misuse.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to change your order (such as shipping address, product selection, or quantity), contact us immediately at hello@cheekypaw.com.au with your order number and the changes needed.
Our fulfillment team works quickly to process orders, so your order may already be in fulfillment by the time we receive your request. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee we'll be able to action them before dispatch.
Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make any changes.
How do I place an order?
Simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at hello@cheekypaw.com.au with your order number.
Our fulfilment team processes orders quickly, and your order may be fulfilled before we're able to action your cancellation request. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has shipped, we are unable to recall it from our courier.
Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase, as we cannot guarantee we'll be able to cancel it once placed.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We use industry-standard SSL technology to protect your data, and we never store your complete credit card details.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and view your order history.
