Our Return Policy
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. All returns require prior approval - items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Important: We cannot accept returns or refunds for items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@cheekypaw.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or issue
- A description of the problem
We'll evaluate the issue and work with you to find a solution.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept change of mind returns. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Order Cancellations
Our fulfillment team works quickly to process and ship orders. Your order may be fulfilled before we're able to action a cancellation request.
Important: Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase, as we cannot guarantee we'll be able to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately at hello@cheekypaw.com.au with your order number. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has shipped, we are unable to recall it from our courier.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition as received - unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved: You'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If declined: We'll contact you to explain why and discuss alternative solutions.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@cheekypaw.com.au
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn't match its description. Contact us at hello@cheekypaw.com.au and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
